Overview

Wash Out S.r.l. (Via Costanza 1, Milan, REA MI-2091399) offers on-demand vehicle cleaning through its mobile app and website. Use of the Services is subject to the User's acceptance of these Terms.

Service Description

The company provides exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, and cabin sanitization through its own staff or contracted Washers. Services may include or connect to third-party services and content which are beyond Wash Out's control.

Account Requirements

Users must be 18+, provide accurate information including valid payment method, and maintain confidential login credentials. Only one Account per User is permitted unless written authorization exists.

User Conduct Standards

Users cannot authorize others to use their Account or allow minors to receive Services unsupervised. All legal requirements must be followed during Service use.

Notifications & Promotions

Account holders receive operational SMS messages. Promotional codes are non-transferable and may be revoked; misuse results in credit deduction.

Service Modifications

Wash Out reserves the right to modify the functionality of the offered Services or suspend the offer or access to the Services at any time.

Liability Limitations

Wash Out is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, injuries, or property damage except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Governing Law

Italian law governs these Terms, with specific provisions under Italian Civil Code Articles 1341 and 1342 requiring User acknowledgment.
