Overview

Wash Out S.r.l., a Milan-based company, provides on-demand vehicle cleaning through mobile apps and their website. The terms govern user access to these services.

What's Included

Exterior cleaning (bodywork, glass, wheels, tires)
Interior cleaning (plastics, fabrics, vacuuming)
Cabin sanitization using aerosol treatments

Personal items may be temporarily moved for cleaning and then returned to their original position.

Account Requirements

Users must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate information including name, email, phone number, and valid payment method
Maintain one account per person unless otherwise authorized
Protect their login credentials

Important Limitations

Wash Out disclaims responsibility for service reliability, stating: "The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the Services to the extent permitted by law."

The company specifically limits liability for indirect damages, data loss, or property damage, except in cases of gross negligence. Users who provide vehicle keys do so at their own risk.

Cancellation Policies

Services may be cancelled last-minute due to adverse weather. Incorrect vehicle information may result in full charges being applied.

May be revoked for fraudulent use

Governing Law

Italian law governs these terms, with specific provisions requiring user acknowledgment per Italian Civil Code articles 1341-1342.
