What products do you use for washing?

Our Washers use innovative waterless products that allow for environmentally friendly washing without leaving any residue on the ground. The washing is done entirely by hand, using eco-friendly products specific to each surface of the vehicle.

Who will come to wash my vehicle?

At the time of washing, one of our Washers will arrive - a car care professional that we have carefully selected and trained, who uses only our protocols and products.

How do you wash directly on the street?

Can you wash in courtyards or garages?

Of course! Our Washers can take care of your vehicle directly in the inner courtyard or in your garage, as long as there is physical space to allow us to carry out the washing.

Are there risks for my car?

No! The waterless products bring the dirt to the surface, which is then cleaned with a soft, anti-scratch microfiber cloth. The company maintains insurance coverage for any operational damage.

Do I need to be present during the wash?

It is not necessary to be present during the service, but in case of interior washing, you need to open the car when the Washer arrives. You can leave the keys at the reception if available.

How do you find my car?

The Washer receives the address indicated by the user at the time of booking.

What is the coverage area?

The Wash Out service is active in Milan, Rome, Turin, and Monza, with expansion plans underway.

What are the days and hours of the Wash Out service?

Our service is available 7 days a week from 9 AM to 6 PM, with possible seasonal variations due to daylight limitations.
