One of our Washers will arrive at the time of the wash. They are professional car care specialists who we have carefully selected and trained, and who only use our protocols and products. The quality of the service they provide is also ensured by strict quality standards and ongoing training programs.

Absolutely! Our Washers can take care of your vehicle directly in your courtyard or garage, as long as there is enough physical space to perform the wash.
No! Waterless products lift the dirt, which is then wiped away with a soft, anti-scratch microfiber cloth. This allows for a very gentle process that does not damage the car’s paintwork, unlike more aggressive traditional roller washes. In any case, please note that Wash Out is insured for any damage caused by its operators during the wash.
It is not necessary to be present during the service. However, for interior cleaning, the car needs to be opened upon the Washer’s arrival. We recommend leaving the keys at the concierge or reception desk, if available, so you don’t need to manage the opening and closing. Just let us know in advance by writing a note in your booking.
The Washer receives the address you provided when booking. If your car is in a courtyard or garage, please specify it in the notes field.
The Wash Out service is currently available in Milan, Rome, Turin, and Monza. Check whether your address is within our coverage area by visiting the “Coverage Areas” page on our website.

Our service is available 7 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. You can book a wash from 9 AM to 6 PM. During certain seasons, hours may vary due to limited daylight affecting our Washers’ ability to work.
The cost of the wash depends on your vehicle’s size and the type of wash selected. You can easily calculate the price by visiting the “Prices” page on our website.
If you're having issues during registration or login, please email us at supporto@washout-app.com describing the issue in detail. You will be asked to verify the email address and phone number used during registration. Make sure your details are correct and enter the codes you receive by email and SMS.
If no time slots are available, it means all current dates and times have been booked by other users. But don’t worry! Try again with a different day or time to book your next wash.
